CANON POINT: Just as he's about to blow up. Not giving an episode number because this show goes stupidly timey-wimey.
AGE: Around 42.
BACKGROUND: Wiki link. In short, Leonard is a rogue-with-a-code who goes from thief, to supervillain, to who even knows aboard a time travelling ship to save the world. At his canon point, he's just knocked out his best friend and taken his place to commit suicide and make sure a terrible thing is destroyed, thus making sure everyone has free will in the process. He'll be coming to the city right as he's about to blow up.
WISH: To live while also making sure the Oculus is destroyed.
FIT: While Leonard is generally a touch-averse, prickly bastard, the city is offering him enough incentive to put that aside. He'll default to cuddling with people and possibly having more intimate contact with people in the city he trusts, though if there's an opportunity to do an act of goodwill that's not completely out in the open and won't ruin his criminal smart-ass reputation, he'll do that too. So long as there's something in it for him, he'll do it. The bigger the reward, the more gladly he will. And since his wish is literally to save his life, that's a hefty reward.
CONSENT: So. Leonard is a criminal and thus has technically broken laws of consent in canon by being a murderer. However, he is a criminal with a code. Which means that he doesn't have a problem killing when it's absolutely necessary (read as: to save his own skin or someone in his crew) he generally prefers other ways of getting things done. As for other forms of consent, specifically consent in terms of touching both platonically and sexually, Leonard has very, very firm views of consent there. He finds the idea of violating sexual consent absolutely awful and, as someone who has been physically abused and thus isn't very touchy himself, is definitely conscious of how non-sexual touch and lack of consent can fuck someone up. In short: he understands and respects the idea of consent and generally only breaks it in the case of taking a life being the best option in a shit situation. Or to steal something nice which he won't be doing in the city because then he might not survive. Though he will certainly pout about that face.
POWERS/ABILITIES: He's a baseline human who, at his canon point, wouldn't even have his fancy gun. :')
